Foster parent sponsorship

As a foster parent, your monthly donation is set to either $15 or $50. This is depending on which program you pick.

Once you become a foster parent, you will receive a photograph of your foster child and information about the child.

Karuna Trust will monitor each child for his/her school attendance and well being with the help of school administration. We will also organize confidence building sessions as well as collect data from children during these to understand the children's perspective.

How to donate

Once you decided to become a foster parent, you can simple let us know. Donations can be done through the web site, checks, or through wire funds.

When to donate

You determine whether you will pay monthly or annually.

When you make the payment, please mention that it is for “foster parent scheme.”

Writing your Foster Child

You may choose to write your foster child. To receive regular replies from your foster child is largely depended on the child's comfort with the English language, educational level, and desire to correspond.

Special Gifts

In addition to your regular sponsorship contribution, you may send gifts to your sponsored child to commemorate special occasions like a birthday or holiday.
